Delivery Information

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within the U.K. are Free of Charge for all orders over £40. Orders under £40 will occur a postage charge of £2.95 which will be automatically added at the checkout. This postage charge is non refundable.

We do deliver overseas however delivery charges vary. Please contact us for more details.

Our normal despatch period is same day if the order is received before 4pm (Monday to Friday) or next working day if after, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using Royal Mail recorded delivery service. Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc. Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from despatch.

We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Your order will usually be sent on next day delivery. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and �next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it within 7 working days for a full refund or within 14 days for a credit note or exchange. Please note you will be liable for any postage and packing costs.

Purchases returned to the store in person will receive a £5 Raspberry Laces voucher, which can be used against subsequent purchases.

All purchases must be returned in a new, unworn condition, in their original box including all tags and packaging in a resaleable condition with the original receipt. Eloquent will not accept returns of unfaulty items that have been worn outside, or where the original box has been damaged, in such cases the item will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Returned goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging. Please note that the Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped;

Fully complete the returns form included with the delivery package, this will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly;

Please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly with the returns address. Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates).

All products sold by Eloquent are checked for quality and faults before they are dispatched. However, in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or are damaged, please contact us immediately in order that we can replace or refund your item. Once an item has been found to be defective we will reimburse any carriage costs incurred by you in returning the item.

We retain the right to approve all items requiring a refund or exchange at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
