All card details are encrypted and Eloquent do not hold any of your card details. We cannot be held liable for any subsequent misuse of your card details or any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains your card details following an order made on our website.

Email communication

As part of our online ordering process we will send you a confirmatory email and potentially another advising you that your item has been dispatched or delayed.
