WELCOME TO THE Raspberry Laces WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE, BY ACCESSING AND/OR ORDERING YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU REGISTER WITH US. IF YOU DON�T AGREE WITH ANY STATED PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

Orders and purchasing

Browse through our products and select the items you wish to purchase (please take care in selecting the correct size) by adding them to your shopping basket.

Once you have completed your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order.

We accept the following major credit and debit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro.

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age, be the holder of a valid credit/debit card and provide the required information, which must be true, accurate and current when requested to do so. You must accept delivery within the UK. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).

When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you (re-)visit our store.

Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this the same day for all orders in to our shop Mon-Sat (excl Bank Holidays).

Prices

All prices we use on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. They do not include postage and packing unless specifically stated.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in-store.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

Product descriptions

Any descriptions or images relating to products sold on this website are solely for the benefit of our customers and should be used as a guide only. Should you feel we have misrepresented a product please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify any mistakes.

Order tracking

You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on this website.

Delivery

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within the U.K. are Free of Charge for all orders over £40. Orders under £40 will occur a postage charge of £2.95 which will be automatically added at the checkout. This postage charge is non refundable.

We do deliver overseas however delivery charges vary. Please contact us for more details.

Our normal despatch period is same day if the order is received before 4pm (Monday to Friday) or next working day if after, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using Royal Mail recorded delivery service. Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc. Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from despatch.

We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Your order will usually be sent on next day delivery. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and �next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

Security

We take all reasonable steps to ensure our website is as secure as it can be.

We use the industry leading internet payment company SagePay to protect your card details and protect from fraud. SagePay keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details, they are passed in a highly secure way directly to SagePay for processing. SagePay uses proprietary technology and constantly innovates to monitor transactions and maintain a secure payment system. Availability of stock

All products clearly show on the website whether they are in stock and therefore available, should an item not be in stock an order can be made but we will notify you when you can expect delivery and you will not be charged until we are able to dispatch your purchase.

Distance Selling Regulations

We are obliged by law to provide you, prior to the delivery to you of the goods which you have purchased, with certain information in relation to those goods and your rights in relation to the agreement with us. This information appears throughout these Terms and Conditions.

Right to Cancel this Agreement

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven working days from the Commencement Date ("the cooling-off period") in which to cancel this Agreement if for any reason you are not happy with the Goods which have been delivered to you. This cooling off period begins on the day after the day you receive the Goods from us.

If you wish to cancel the Agreement, you must notify us of this fact in writing and send your notification to us by e-mail or post. Full contact details can be found below.

On cancellation, you must return the Goods that we have delivered to you. On our receipt of the returned Goods, we will exchange the Goods or we will refund to you the price you paid for the Goods. Unless you originally received substitute goods, you will be liable for the costs of returning the Goods to us, and we will not re-imburse you for this.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase please return it within 7 working days for a full refund or within 14 days for a credit note or exchange. Please note you will be liable for any postage and packing costs.

Purchases returned to the store in person will receive a £5 Raspberry Laces voucher, which can be used against subsequent purchases.

All purchases must be returned in a new, unworn condition, in their original box including all tags and packaging in a resaleable condition with the original receipt. Eloquent will not accept returns of unfaulty items that have been worn outside, or where the original box has been damaged, in such cases the item will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging. Please note that the Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped;

Fully complete the returns form included with the delivery package, this will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly;

Please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly with the returns address. Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates).

All products sold by Eloquent are checked for quality and faults before they are dispatched. However, in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or are damaged, please contact us immediately in order that we can replace or refund your item. Once an item has been found to be defective we will reimburse any carriage costs incurred by you in returning the item.

We retain the right to approve all items requiring a refund or exchange at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Policy

If your order is cancelled before dispatch a full refund will be given. If the cancellation is made after dispatch the order will be treated as a return. Please see the Returns Policy.
